As you know from my last post I sometimes struggle with feelings of inadequacy. I have been blessed with family and friends who love and support me. I am blessed with people who encourage and lift me up. I wanted to share with you the comment that my mom posted on the last blog entry because it is a great reminder. If you struggle with self esteem issues then I hope that you too can take some encouragement from her words.
I think the enemy would love to have you feel this way (invisible). He thrives on fear, unbelief, doubt and limitations that people accept. The truth is, he has no place in your heart or mind because you belong to Jesus. Tell him to GET OUT and replace his lies with the Truth.
The truth is:
You are very loved!

You are accepted!
John 15:15-16, Eph. 1:3-6
You are Worthy!

You are Adequate!

You are free from fear!

You are strong in Christ!

You have God's wisdom!

You are totally forgiven!

I'm going to spend time looking up those passages tonight. Thank you to your wise mother for the best words she could have reminded us of!
